New Studies Claim Vision Loss with Erectile Dysfunction Drugs
According to the American claim men who take anti erectile dysfunction drugs such as Viagra and Cialis and have had a heart attack in the past have a 10 times risk of damaging their vision.
The study says that people use these anti-impotence drugs more often run an increasing risk of an irreversible vision loss. Doctors are advised to prescribe these drugs only after much consultation. Though people are also advised the same, there are men who do self diagnosis and buy these drugs online. Many websites infact do not bother to check the patient in the haste of selling their products faster than their rivals.
A study suggests that men who have optical problems before taking these drugs, their problem worsens many folds and they are at an increasing risk of optic nerve damage if they have taken Viagra or Cialis before the diagnosis of their eye problem. The likelihood chances of an increased eye damage is 10 times more in these men as compared to such men who do not have any optic complaints.
