Viagra Confiscated from a Jobless Japanese Man
A man in Japan , who was jobless, was arrested on the charge of possessing Viagra pills. The Viagra pills were found in his home. He had stocked the Viagra pills in the hope of selling these pills.
The man named Takeo Kubo, who is of 61 years old, and a resident of Naniwa-Ku, Osaka is also charged with violating the Pharmaceuticals Law. On being questioned regarding the charges put on him, he admitted to the allegations.
It has been found that Takeo Kubo had even placed advertisements in the local newspapers for the sale of the Viagra pills that he had stocked up in his home. The local police is grilling him on this issue.
The Prefectural Police is believed to have confiscated a list from the man containing the names of all those customers in the entire nation who were his customers, the people who had bought the Viagra pills from him. The list contains around 2500 people, residing in the nation's 47 prefectures to whom the Viagra pills were reported to have been sold.
The investigators said that in the specific case for which he was arrested, Kubo possessed at his home about 300 tablets of unauthorized Viagra, totaling about 220 grams. The police have referred Kubo to prosecutors and are continuing investigations into the case in a bid to serve a fresh arrest warrant accusing him of selling Viagra.
