Man Jailed for Possessing Ecstasy in the Name of Viagra Pills
A disabled man named Kenneth Tuck in the hope that he is getting the sex-drug Viagra, that would boost up his love-life, spent roughly 500 Pounds on buying some 200 odd heart shaped pills.
The pills turned out to be not Viagra but Ecstasy and hence the man was imprisoned. The man has been sentenced for an imprisonment of eight months and hence all the hopes of spicing up his love-life went in vain as now he would be inside his cell itself even during the Valentine's Day, tomorrow.
Tuck, of Pentraeth, Old Colwyn, pleaded guilty to possessing 183 Ecstasy tablets and a smaller amount of amphetamine. He escaped a stiffer sentence because prosecutors accepted his story that the mix-up had been a genuine mistake. He could have been awarded a more stringent sentence but the prosecutors believed his story of the ‘mix-up' of the drugs being genuine.
Kenneth Tuck had initially been also jailed before, last year when he was found with the drugs at his home last year, which had a street value of £549, only weeks after he'd been released from prison on other drug offences, which included supplying ecstasy.
